Since I'm using my breasts to feed him! Lol, but I was kind of feeling like an impostor. The more I think about it though, even if he were latching and nursing, when I go back to work, he would be getting bottles and women go back to work all the time and I'd never say they weren't breast feeding.... If its a medical professional or a friend, I give more details. </p> <p>Actually most of the time I say "both". I've only ever had one lady I don't know ask me that, and she was Chinese with a very thick accent and was telling me about her 3 month old daughter and asking me about when to give solid food, too.
