So I knew I failed the same day. I passed the three hour test the following Saturday &amp; had my NT scan on Monday so no phone call was made. I had to do the glucose test so early (I'm 12 weeks now) due to possible family history of GD so maybe that's why I received my results quickly? I wasn't called with D and it turned out I had it and it was noticed too late.
