His omelette had a hair in it. The restaurant replaced his meal and still charged him full price. The restaurant said he should pay because he ate another full meal. He said he should not have to pay because there was a delay in when both meals were served and eaten (mine and his) due to the hair in the first meal. Sometimes I can't tell if it's mine or the restaurant chef's so I just move it aside and eat around it. Goodness knows I've picked cat hair out of my food at home. If it grosses me out, I'd return it. If you're in a nice restaurant, a manager usually is on the line doing expediting so it's not like the guy cooking has free reign to do whatever he wants to your food. I worked in a restaurant for years. Trust me, a hair should be the least of anyone's concern lol.
