(I'm not close to my brother and they live very far away.) But I'm close to one of my aunts and she still gives me birthday gifts, so I don't really see stopping ever. What that means is that I take them out, just the two of us, and do whatever they want to do. Usually it's lunch and a movie but sometimes it's a sleepover or once we did build a bear. That being said, 2 of my nieces moved out of state so it's harder to that with them so I've been buying them gifts. In my family, the gifts stopped when we turned 13.
