I figured next time I get pregnant, I'll recognize the feeling right away, but nope. It was just strong period cramps the next time, and I lost that pregnancy very early. It last about an hour. I don't know if it was so intense because two were implanting? I got a very distinct positive three days later in the afternoon. I was 9dp3dt and the time I tested positive, but again, I was pregnant with twins. Good luck!! It was enough to make me stop what I was doing and I definitely felt "something". After that feeling, the next few days every once and awhile I would feel more pulling. It was a weird time for cramping and it felt lower down than where I usually have menstrual cramps. Plus I was obsessing and symptom spotting like crazy, but this was definitely there. With my son, I had super sharp pinches, like lightning, on 7dpo. In July of this last year soon after we started TTC, I felt similar and then started a little spotting- I was convinced I was pregnant but then I got a bfn. I still think something was trying to happen... Anyway, fast forward 10 months and 2 miscarriages later, today on 7dpo, I felt something similar. Quick little pinches deep down in my uterine area. Then gone. </p>
