The lactation consultant we worked with also highly recommended the PISA over the F. I already called the local DME list they gave me and they don't offer pumps but one which only has the PISA equivilant. It's also confusing when I call these places because we have BCBS MI but live in PA. Did BCBS cover your freestyle in full? I was able to get mine at the hospital. My doctor wrote the rx after I delivered and then they brought me the pump. I delivered at Brigham. For what it's worth my insurance told me I would have to pick it up but my doc told me that they come to the hospital.
