I can't remember exactly when it came back but I believe I was pumping 3-4x a day at the time. My first cycle completely weaned was a tad longer but I still spotted for those days in between so who really knows. It was pretty light, but I always had light periods before. I am a little concerned because before I got it back I noticed EWCM so took an OPK and it was positive. Then I got my period 5 days later which does not bode well for a lengthy LP. Since it's my first AF PP I'll try not to freak out yet. With both girls I got my cycle back before weaning and it was very regular immediately. I think the truth is for some people it won't matter at all, and for some people it will. My cycle has been crazy, very heavy periods, and each cycle has gotten shorter than the last. My most recent cycle was only 26 days, which has me a little concerned. Now that we are TTC #2, I wonder if I need to wean DD completely for my body to be "back" and ready to conceive again. Did you notice any differences in your cycle between when you were BFing and after you weaned? </p>
