But if it were several hours I'd wait until closer to regular pickup time. However, the earliest I could pick him up would be around 330-4 since they'll be waking up from nap and having a snack. So I would be able to do anything I wanted until then and then still have an extra hour or so with him. Three days a week, he is at home with the nanny, so sometimes I'll come home early and sometimes I'll go run a quick errand.
