I wasn't entirely thrilled about it, &amp; I feel like I've had many TDAP shots, but also heard the latest guidance is each pregnancy, so reluctantly got it done. I will say that this time it hurt like crazy for several days after. I'm no pansy, but I could barely move my arm the next day &amp; ended up icing my shoulder that night. I had gotten it right before getting pregnant with my first (knowing we were trying) and this time, while pregnant with twins my provider suggested I get it again.
