I'm glad I did. I had an in case of transfer and in case of c-section. It was pretty general. I think either way, the most important thing is that your preferences are discussed with your doctor(s) and the nurses are made aware of it. I had 2 things I knew I wanted- epidural and skin on skin right after she was born.
