I'd love to lose the weight so that I can buy clothes and feel good in them.

I lost 4 lbs in the first week and felt like I ate a ton - just cut out the processed junk, grains, and sugar.  I was sold.  Within 2 or 3 weeks, I had lost the 15lbs and ended up about 7 lbs under my PrePreg weight for the yr and a half until I got pregnant again

&#60;p&#62;i had to cut out wheat/gluten for my LO while I am nursing but i LOVE carbs.. I found this quinoa/brown rice pasta from TJ that is sooooo good! its been a lifesaver b/c I can now still have &#34;pasta&#34; but have substituted out a lot of the carbs I used to have.. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62; it has brown rice in it so it's not all quinoa but I think it helps! :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I did the Whole 30 and it really helped change my relationship with food and I lost a significant amount of weight.  I liked that I wasn't counting calories, but focusing on healthy foods.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you don't want to do that extreme, I'd cut all sugar (read labels, sugar is in everything), cut alcohol, eat clean, drink lots of water, and work out.

Generally, weight loss is as basic as calories in vs calories out. 3500 calories a week cut equals 1lb of loss a week. Thats 500 kcal a day. Here's a calculator that is great for calculating your TDEE so you know what to cut to. &#60;a href=&#34;http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
