As in, I was only two points over one of the tests during the 3 hour. I had gestational diabetes with my first, and I was miserable in my last trimester. I felt like I couldn't eat anything I wanted, and I ended up losing weight. I only gained a total of 15 lbs. I'm really hoping that I don't have GD this time around. </p> <p>If you had GD with your first pregnancy, did you get it again with your second? Was it easier to deal with? How did you handle cravings for carbs and sweets? </p>
