I'm starting to forget about the sleepless nights (well we still have them but not like newborn sleep!), awful pregnancies, extra money, etc. but I love being a mom. I have 3 sisters and I would feel so empty without all of them, how will my kids feel?! </p> <p>It would be nice to only have to buy cars with second row seats, houses with 4 bedrooms but the 4th room gets to be a play room or guest bedroom. It would be amazing to know 17 years from now, DH and I will be alone and together while DD and DS are in college. I just don't know! I was struggling so much with 2 kids, couldn't keep up with them, why in the world would I add a third?! And then I went gluten-free and suddenly my depression and anxiety (that I didn't even KNOW I had because I've felt that way for so long) faded into almost nothing and now I'm very excited to be planning for Baby #3. Sure, I know it'll be crazy, but I'm ok with that now. So, I'm pregnant now and this will most likely be our last. It was a hard decision. I practically have 2 little boys already, but they're not "really" mine, and their mother makes that insanely clear to everyone involved. I've also always wanted to be a mother and to get pregnant and have a baby and be a "mom". Which I can't be with my husbands two boys. Right after I had #2, I was so sure I was going to go for another one, but now that faith is faltering. Another kid means another pregnancy, another newborn, three more years (at least) of sleepless nights/teething/etc..., maybe pushing my career back another few years, more money, etc... Right now we're ok with being undecided about having another, but we're leaning towards being done.</p> <p>What about you? </p>
