He ordered a hardware kit and plans from Amazon and then went to Lowes to get the lumber. That helped a ton. They just reassembled it. I think we should just pay a handyman to save out on the time. My friend had their handyman do it for $150. He assembles a lot of swing sets and did it very quickly! </p>
