We still say its hands down the best baby item purchase thus far! It did take him a while to get it working and a little search on google to troubleshoot. He is very tech savvy. I put the IP of the cam into a browser and it allowed me to login. Anyways, I love it and the app works great on both our phones. I'm actually the less tech-savvy person in the family but I carefully muddled through it using the instructions. It's easy to set up...until you have to hook it to your wireless network. Frustrating.... Also frustrating? Support is available from 9am to 5:30pm. It's cool to see it on our phones but I don't fully trust it and still use our old baby monitor for our infant's room. He is determined to set up the Foscam camera and won't use the software or instructions that came with it. He says he found instructions on Amazon's website from one of the users that he is going to follow. While I continue to shake my head, could you tell me if you experienced trouble installing your camera, if you used the instructions that came with it and if there are any tips you can send my way? :)
