But I highly suggest doing the $19.99 plan that includes classes. The classes are pretty awesome, especially if you have trouble motivating yourself to work out alone, or if you aren't sure what type of workout to do. They give you a bunch of guest passes when you join, too, so you could bring a friend to some of the classes till you feel more comfortable!</p> <p>I love Body Pump!
