Some are near where I used to live, which is on the way from home to work (by public transit, driving they would be a huge pain). My midwife is not really convenient to either, so I either schedule first thing in the morning or work from home that day, but it's like a triangle from where I live to the office to work. The town I work in is not very nice so I would not go to a doctor there. </p> <p>LO's ped will be near home and I'll probably start goign to more doctors around here anyway. I have about a 22 mile commute. The only reason all my medical stuff is close to work is b/c I use to live closer to there as well but when DH and I were house hunting we needed to find something in between his and my work. Plus, I wind up having to take a ton of time off work to account for travel and whatnot. Maybe I should seek out doctors (dentist, optometrist,e tc.) nearer to the city I work in! </p>
