Most toys are in there. Just a few stuffed animals and books are in their room. A handful of toys are in the living room, but it's not a lot and they have a place in the playroom so I just clean them up if people are coming over. DH considered a dedicated playroom upstairs, but LO spends much of his time downstairs so that wouldn't work. We don't use our dining room and have sort of made it into his playroom, but toys still end up everywhere.
