We had such trouble with boys' names. Everything I suggested he hated and he couldn't even come up with any names he wanted to use. We had a very short list and ended up using our favorite two boy names as first and middle names for DS. We easily could think of a million girl names, but were lost when it came to boy names even though we had been hoping for a second boy. </p> <p>None of our runner-up names worked for us the second time around, so it felt like we had to start over from scratch. Unfortunately, we used our second choice name as her middle name (something that gave me great pause at the time because I wanted to save it in case we had another girl). I've been trying to get him to discuss names with me for awhile, but he's not really into deciding while we're still TTC. So now that I finally got my BFP we're starting to seriously discuss it. He's been coming around to one of my favorites that he dismissed last time though, so that's exciting! Our daughter's middle name is actually going to be the same maiden name as well (our next lo will have my maiden name as his/her middle) so I like that we'll have the same middle name connecting us! </p>
