When I do, it is usually important, so it stays on. Work pays for a cell phone for me to be on call. Usually the offshifts are good about not e-mailing or calling between 10pm and 5:30am unless something is really urgent, so when I hear the phone go during those times I know to check it. Two other people in my department refuse to answer the phone after they go home. My boss has always said to use best judgment when to have it on. Just curious... when do you turn your work phone off?
