I have a debit card with it, so I almost never have to deal with reimbursements. I liked it a lot. I felt like it was far cheaper than traditional options. It was a little annoying to always gets bills though. Since you don't have a co-pay, you always get a bill weeks later. I think if you use something like $200 a year than it is worth it. It depends on your tax bracket though.
