Symptoms come and go when it's so early on, that you can't believe it means anything. Please don't be worried. I definitely suspected something was up. I did a lot of internet searching and found a pretty even split between women whose symptoms vanished and the baby was fine, and women whose symptoms vanished and they miscarried.
