@pui: For sure. I'm on a super anti-inflammation diet today based on a food sensitivities test.

I was never told to go gluten free, and ate plenty of carbs before being pregnant.
I took metfotmin and synthroid as well as acupuncture.

I think being gluten free could help, but you should probably also avoid processed foods and sugar (anything that could cause inflammation).

I was told to go gluten free by my naturopath to help us get pregnant with our third (first two were metformin/clomid babies) ... I have POCS in addition to my thryoid issues and it worked for us - we got pregnant without meds. I'm still gluten free now, turns out, I'm pretty allergic (if not celiac).

My levels were in check and I had no problems getting pregnant or staying pregnant, thank God. Ate plenty of gluten along the way.

I think acupuncture was the key for us.

In my quest for a sticky baby, I was told that being gluten free is vital because of my Hashimoto's. I was curious how many other women get this same advice.

And on the other hand, an RE told me today that m/cs just happen with Hashi's and there isn't much you can do about it. (Way to make a girl feel good :P)

Also, in the comments let me know if it happened to be the thing you think lead to a healthy pregnancy :)
