Mine are too young to really say, I'll have them both in my lap and the 22 month old loves me reading anything while the 6 month old just wants to eat the book. But I love doing it so she'll learn to like it eventually.

Yes but only if it's an easy book. If there are too many words the younger one loses patience and leaves. The older one doesn't mind!

DD1 doesn't mind, but DD2 does. We've had lots of crying story times, but it is what it is since I am usually solo!

Yes, thankfully both of them like to be read to and most of the time they don't care what I read. At bedtime I try to read one book that my DD (5) picks and one that my DS (2) picks and then one that we haven't read in a while (my husband loves books so we have a ton).

Our kids each have books they enjoy, but not a huge number of books that they both enjoy. It makes reading to them together a little trickier - but thankfully, the younger one usually will agree to listen to anything that the older one wants to (since she loves to copy him).
