<description>&#60;p&#62;I've had issues with things going out of stock after I paid and having my order deferred....with no email. I had bought a monogrammed blanket for my niece and when I logged on and checked my order status bc it hadn't arrived, found out the estimated restock and shipping date was 6 months away. ridiculous!!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;However, I ordered a rug and it arrived in Asia within 72 hrs. Go figure!

&#60;p&#62;ETA-  They just showed up after I posted this. I bought 4 stockings, all different.. they sent 3 that I picked and doubled up on one of them. Called to request the one I picked out &#38;amp; is listed on my ship ticket &#38;amp; it's no longer avaliable..along with all of the other ones I liked. They're sending me a different one, so I made out with a free extra stocking. Unfortunately it was my least favorite one that was doubled up and LO's that was forgotten

<description>&#60;p&#62;Pottery barn needs to update the website software. I ordered DS's halloween costume this year and even though I got a screen saying the order went through and a confirmation number, the costume never came. I called customer service and my order didn't exist. Of course I didn't write down the confirmation number so I had nothing to reference. But the costume was no longer available on the website so I'm sure what happened is that they accepted too many orders for it and just didn't notify people that it was out of stock.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I ordered Chloe's crib skirt from PBK. I got an email confirmation from the wrong item, so I called to correct that... And then my correct item was back ordered. I ordered in May and didn't get my item until August. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We got her the small anywhere chair for her first Easter &#38;amp; I was annoyed at the extra handling fee for the &#34;large package&#34; or whatever they charge. Then came this teeny, tiny chair that I had to assemble myself and a MASSIVE lightweight box. I was so angry that I paid $20 in shipping for a 2lb item that could have fit in a box 1/4 the size. &#34;Extra size&#34; my ass. I won't buy from them again.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;West Elm and Bed, Bath, Beyond do the same thing. We registered at BBB for our wedding and someone gifted us kitchen spatulas and other small cook ware. Each item shipped separate &#38;amp; came in a HUGE box (like, my 3yo could fit in it!). My co-worker and I got the biggest kick out of it (sender shipped to my work).  You'd think I was getting a tire, but no, it was a single pancake flipper. Next day, you'd guess I was getting a new tv. Nope, it's a spatula!  This went on for two weeks. INSANE.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Had a horrible experience with stockings last year-- they shipped them and replaced an out of stock one with another without even notifying us... so we got one monogrammed &#34;Robert Jr.&#34; on a stocking with a pink princess. And all 4 monograms were off center. We called and complained and they overnighted a replacement stocking... but yet again, the monogram was severely off center. We returned them all for a full refund. Hope your experience goes much smoother!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Unless it states that items are backordered, my stuff always ships super quick.  And even the backordered items seem to end up shipping way before the date stated.  I just ordered bath rugs from PB and some were backordered until mid Jan, but they shipped yesterday and will be delivered tomorrow.  We even ordered LOs big girl furniture from PB Teen on Black Fri weekend, and they did white glove delivery to our home on Dec 9- super quick for furniture!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;One thing about PB is that they have amazing CS so a quick phone call could get it straightened out.  Sometimes they'll ship stuff overnight free of charge to make up for the time it spent getting out of the warehouse.  They did my rugs 2-day air no charge I'm guessing bc the order was placed over a week ago so they're making up time...
