We bought it and he asks to watch it (gets bored in middle). I cried in the end, but the concepts are too over his head at this point. She watched it right after she turned 4 and was fine. We recently bought it and she rewatched it (nearly 5) and she liked it. I was really hoping to be able to show her, but after I saw it I was so glad she wasn't there. He's not very emotionally sensitive though, so much of it was above his understanding. The middle was pretty boring for him, heck- I fell asleep during parts of the middle :silly: I'm very glad I didn't take him to the theater to see it though, I had been considering making it his first movie. He wasn't interested for very long. I think the sad pets are great talking points. They aren't terribly sad.
