Then my stylist told me never to "shake" dry my hair. You know when you take the towel and kind of shake it all over your head to dry it?? She said don't do that. It breaks hair and gives fly aways. So you're only supposed to squeeze dry your hair with the towel. Then, to get some moisture out, blow dry with your fingers for a minute or two. I get all kinds of flyaways because of either static in the winter or humidity in the summer. I usually just put a dollop of Moroccan Oil in my hair before I dry it. Then I start drying my hair at the roots making sure the dryer points downward. The Moroccan Oil helps a ton.
