I tend not to believe in "nipple confusion" to be honest. However, we didn't have to introduce a bottle with DS right away (he did have a paci in the hospital and starting ~ ~2 weeks old) so this is just different and new experience for me. </p> <p>Thanks again for all your suggestions! I have a lot of research to do, but the Comotomo is my front runner right now. Then we introduced the ComoTomo bottle around 2.5 weeks. I don't think we had trouble with nipple confusion, though I think my daughter's latch did get slightly worse when we introduced the bottle. I just watched some YouTube videos and it looks like the grey/silver piece where the nipple attaches is molded/attached to the silicone part and doesn't come apart? In the Nuby silicone bottles that piece is separate so you have to disassemble if milk gets between that collar and the silicone which I think is what caused it to leak and stretch out over time. I adored the silicone bottles though.
