I have a frame that I put chicken wire on. I hang whatever comes in on mini clothespins. When I take them down I tie them with twine and have a spot I store them in the basement.

I display the most recent ones on a vertical ribbon hanging by a doorway in my living room (the ribbon hangs from a single nail. then I use mini clothespins to attach cards and photos).

As the ribbon gets full and I have new mail to hang, I take them down and keep them all in a box until I have time to go through them. If it's just a greeting card with a name signed to it, I usually toss it. If there's a letter or it's from a more meaningful occasion, I'll tie like ones together and put them in my hope chest.

I have them in my filing cabinet. The ones I haven't filed yet are piled in a drawer in my office.
