He even paused it for contractions which were 2 min apart at that point. </p> <p>I told my friend in the room weeks before that she should play "Push It (push it real good)" when I was complete. I didn't listen to music with my second. With my first, I listened to my favorite Pandora stations (Avett Brothers, etc.). It was one of the best things I did- I would focus on the words during contractions. It's also nice that when I hear those songs now, they bring me back to the best day of my life.
