By about 4 months PP, I was under my pre-preg weight. I stayed there until I got pregnant again. I found that my appetite dropped off considerably as I weaned and I didn't do anything specific to maintain my weight. When LO weaned at just shy of 2.5 yrs, I had been back at my normal weight for a long time. He's 3 now, and I haven't gained any weight, in large part because I get a ton of exercise keeping up with him.
