I'm not too worried about the size of this baby, it will be what it will be. They were predicting over 10lb if 40 weeks. He wound up being not that big at 8lb13oz although his head remains off-the-charts large. Honestly it depends on how they are positioned too. FWIW, I was just under 5lbs when I was born and my brother was near to 9 and my mom said it was MUCH easier to birth him than me.
