I made my bottles for the next day at night, so I just mixed my cold pumped milk with a bit (usually 1/2 ounce per bottle) of cold WCM and put them in the refrigerator for the next day. When my nanny warmed the bottle, the fat melted in as normal.

I mixed it first and then warmed it up a bit. Even after a month and a half, T won't take a WCM bottle right from the fridge, so we still warm up the WCM bottles now ...

I actually only ended up mixing one or two bottles before going straight to WCM. They had no problem switching, which was awesome.

Mixed while cold, then warmed up before serving. She didn't really take to the mixing and did better with straight WCM.

How did you do it? Did you warm up the BM and then mix with WCM? Did you mix and them warm up? Did you just mix them both cold (and if you did that, did you shake up the BM first to mix the fat back in?)?
