Right before bed, if I am putting him to sleep (which is most nights). He doesn't nurse for very long now, at 16 months. Sometimes he falls asleep in my arms after, sometimes I lay him down awake. When my husband puts him to bed, I will feed him after we change him for bed, but before storytime.

At 10 months, I still nurse right before bed. Sometimes asleep when he goes in the crib, sometimes not.

After bath, before stories, then bed. Sometimes there is no bath or no stories and it happens right before bed.

It's the last thing we do before she goes in her crib. She's not fully asleep when I lay her down these days. She had to be up until about 7 months. Then she learned how to self soothe. I was definitely worried I had created a bad habit since I was doing the one thing it seems everyone says not to do.

After she eats dinner, we clean her up, change her into her night diaper, put on her sleep shirt, and then I nurse her.

After that we brush her teeth, read a story, and into the crib.

When do you do it? LO 3(almost 12 months) does not nurse in the MOTN anymore so I usually feed her after dinner before bathtime. I used to feed her right before bedtime when she took a long time to nurse! I like doing it after dinner because I hate feeling rushed with my other two kids...they can play or clean up while I'm busy.
