I want to hear answers to this! DS1 will be 2.5 when DS2 arrives in June and I would like to potty train before that but don't know when the right time is. Currently he is in a phase where he doesn't want to use the potty or will only sit on it for a millisecond before saying he's done. Daycare has been putting him on the potty every day too so hopefully he shows us that's he's more ready soon. So not looking forward to it! As much as diapers suck, they are more convenient.

We did have a regression. 1 was awesome at potty training. No accidents after the first couple of days until 2 was born. Then, I think in the craziness of adding to the family + lots of visitors, she had a hard time remembering to tell us she needed to potty and we had a hard time remembering to ask. It didn't take long to get back on track.

Did your LO have any regressions when the baby arrived? I don't really want to potty train anytime soon but LO 2 keeps taking her diapers off (even with sleep sacks put on backwards!) during naps and night sleep....maybe that is a sign? I really want to wait until the fall!
