I used to be scared too of how hard people said SAH was. I love it :) </p> <p>Usually things are pretty okay for us because I am fortunate that LO takes a long nap and I get a good break. I don't get stressed about house work. And I only have one kid! I think all the time how hard it would be with two LOs.</p> <p>But this wasn't a good week. We went out of town last weekend and my ILs spoiled LO, like, BEYOND and it has completely wrecked her. And we are coming off of colds. It has messed up our routine and I neeeeeeeed our routine. </p> <p>Today I just said, F it, and we went shopping all day, treated ourselves to a nice lunch, got ice cream, played at Barnes &amp; Noble, and she took a nap on the way home in the car. Even though she acted up, it felt so good to be out among people. Just being able to have the freedom to go and have a "girls day" together reminded me why I feel so lucky to SAH! If we stay in the house, I get down pretty quickly. This time is always hard for me mentally/emotionally and it is really hard to be dealing with all of my own stuff and everything associated with keeping my two little people happy, healthy, entertained, fed, well rested, etc. Blake woke up from his nap with a raging fever, snot running down his face, couldn't catch his breath from coughing, so all three of us sat on the floor for a couple minutes and cried.
