The next night, she cried for 30 and slept all night. The third night, she cried for 5 minutes and passed out for 12 hours. I became a CIO #1 fan. After that, she would go to sleep without a fight and sleep for at least 12 hours. She already knew how to fall asleep on her own at night but woke up 5-7 times a night and naps were a disaster. </p> <p>Last night was rough. Naps today have been surprisingly okay. I can't wait until she starts to really improve, hearing her cry is killing me! But I know we need to do this, she's gotten increasingly cranky during the day since she's only getting interrupted sleep. How long did it take your LO to "get" sleep training? </p>
