I only leaked in the beginning and I was at home and barely had a shirt on to begin with because holygodofclusterfeeding and now I only leak if I go way too long without nursing/pumping. But I would go with whatever feels best to your body. Maybe you could try without and just see if you feel comfortable that way? My breasts are definitely not the same, but I think we are always the hardest on our own bodies. When we co-bedded I slept in a nursing tank, and now sleep in just a tank. I'm not comfortable sleeping completely topless anymore, and I prefer the tank top to be fitted (and preferably ribbed).
