She's probably too young for it yet but I will remember that for later. </p> <p>@honeybear: yes it's only five minutes or so until she falls asleep so it's not terrible. We don't pick her up and require her to be laying down. Now that she's in a toddler bed we sit next to her but not in bed with her. </p> <p>2) how long did you have this routine? We started at about a year and she still won't fall asleep by herself and she's almost two. </p> <p>3) how and when do you transition so they fall asleep on their own without you there? </p>
