I don't generally take pain meds unless I am in spasm and it escalates past my normal pain level. My mom also has some bad back issues and constantly takes advil. I am worried about the effects of constant long term use so I try to avoid unless necessary. I hate taking pain meds so quickly like that, but I just don't have the time to wait around see how bad it's going to get! </p>
