For some reason she didn't like naps in her crib. She finally started protesting the swaddle around 6.5 months, and the only way she'd sleep was on her belly. DS only seems to need to be swaddled for naps if I'm putting him in his crib. He will sit in there for about 10 minutes every morning while I make breakfast because he likes watching the bird mobile, but then he's done. My LO is 8 months and she just started sleeping in her crib. Before we tried everything, including swaddling and she'd still scream.
