I would still take liquid, but the concentrated version and I use a brand that a friend of mine who is a holistic nutritionist recommended, but I have no idea what it is...so this is kinda unhelpful, LOL. I did not even catch a cold or was sick from Aug 2012 - June 2013. Even though I was surrounded by very sick people. I had to cover my colleagues all the time, they were constantly ill.
