I think 4/100 will get pregnant in a year if used correctly 100% of the time and I'm not comfortable with hormones or IUDs, and I just don't enjoy condoms (and they fail sometimes, too). Pull n pray is a better birth control than not doing anything and I think for exclusive couples who know they want another one (just aren't sure when) it's a totally legitimate form of BC. We did nothing between baby 1 and 2 and I conceived when DS was 4 months old. We solely used PNP after number 2 and the first month we didn't pull out (on purpose), at 16 months PP, I got pregnant.
