<description>&#60;p&#62;Always.  We use microfleece ones that I made.  DS is very sensitive to moisture and the liners really help keep rashes away.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Pretty much all the time.  There were some times that I knew she had just pooped so I would skip it.  But I did get screwed over sometimes and ended up rinsing more poop than I enjoyed.
