I didn't start using them until my bfp cycle and I got the faintest lines you could imagine clear until I ran out at 5w2d. Like my husband would have told me I was crazy is I hadn't taken a frer or digital. They did get progressively darker but not tons like some of the older pictures online of progressions.

@bhbee: Yeah, I think you're much more likely to get a false positive than a false negative, so basically be ready to back it up with a FRER!

I've have good and bad experiences. I've gotten a couple of evaps and false positives, but they've also been super sensitive when I was testing out trigger and during my last chemical they matched up to the FRERs I was taking at the same time. So I guess they're good if you're actually pregnant and questionable if not?

I think you just have to take them with a grain of salt . . . use them to feed the POAS monster and if you get anything that looks like it could be a line, don't believe it until you test with a FRER or something.

I never had any issues over several packs, but I've heard a fair number of bees complain about problems.

I haven't had any issues, but all the stuff I'm seeing on here and on the ttc group on fb makes me really question them. I never had issues with my kroger brand blue dyes, so I think when we're going for #2 I'll go back to those.

I developed a strategy...if I had a batch that never gave me a false positive, I held on to around 10 from that batch when buying the next one. That way if I saw a line of any kind I could compare it to a test from the old, proven batch. But it turned out that I had maybe one bad batch that I just threw away and after that anytime I had a faint line it turned into a definite positive the next day.

Yes! My last set (used September/October 2012) was great and I am really unhappy with the set I have now.

They were always completely accurate for me. Any time I thought I saw an evap, it turned into a BFP. Maybe it depends on where you buy them from? I always get them from Amazon. Sorry you're having such a hard time with them!

Do you feel like the quality has really gone down hill? I had great luck with Wondfo HPTs when we were TTC our daughter... never had a questionable result in 12+ months of TTC and then I got a Wondfo positive very early.

This time around, my Wondfos are a DISASTER! Every single one has given my an evap, and I have had a couple of false positives. This across multiple batches and packs...

Part of me wants to throw in the towel and stop buying them, but the other half me can't let go of such a cheap option (I am a POAS addict) - I just keep telling myself that I will not be fooled by faint lines, but of course they get me squinting every time.
