I've actually done that myself. I got so caught up with trying to take pictures of a school event my son was participating in that I completely forgot to check the settings of my camera and forgot to look at the photos as I was taking them. It was very bizzare. But I ended up with zero decent photos. I thought that was a really nice gesture since she is back at school for photography and owns the same camera that we do. Every.single.picture is blurry. We have zero pictures that turned out from our camera. It was such a beautiful day and I wanted to be able to share that with DD when she's older. I snapped maybe 3 with my iPhone and those pictures were good. MIL didn't look at any of the pictures she had taken! She didn't adjust the camera at all. She also stood in front of the rest of our family so they mostly got pictures of her back :-/</p> <p>Her intentions were good but I'm so disappointed. </p>
