@BabyBoecksMom: Hopefully it will go quick! It did for us. One night it seemed like we were up every couple of hours, and then all of a sudden she was sleeping through the night. Good luck!

@lemondrop: @knittylady: @grizz: @Mrs. Twine: We'll swqddle and put her in the rock n play but she doesn't like to lay on her back. Didn't have this problem with W! Haha

@Emsmems: she's almost 2 weeks

@Emsmems: @heffalump: I had a feeling it was something that would just take time, but I was really hoping there was a quick fix :-)

I just kept putting her in her crib, and over (lots) of time she slept longer and longer.

Yeah... we bed-shared. Something like a swing or rock-n-play that has a more cradling feeling might work for her since she wants that sensation of being held. Both my girls bed-shared and were worn for naps until they were closer to one year old. Then the bed-sharing continued, but the naps were taken on a floor bed. But for both girls something that cradled them would sometimes work for short periods.

The Halo sleep sack swaddle has been MAGICAL for us :happy: Don't know if it would have worked with C, but I wish I had tried it with him!

When he does wake I take him out to the couch to nurse since it's more comfortable for me, sometimes I just pass out right there. It beats full on co-sleeping for us.

How old is she? DS did this when he was brand new, he slept in a pack n play in our room and we just woke up a lot. Some times we took turns holding him so the other could sleep. He slowly just got better, but it felt like it took forever! I feel for you!!

DD2 loves being worn, but she'll wake several yes at night, just wanting to be held. How do you handle that?

ETA: co-sleeping isn't really an option for us.
