Tip: use a nonstick surface for the fried rice so it can get crispy but not stick to your pan :). When you make both you easily have 4-5 meals (enough for 2 nights, or lunch the next day.) It's so yummy! Just bake in the oven and we dip it in the sauce rather than coat it.
