Never again. Like two years in a row we weren't home on Halloween and I put out a bowl of candy. I got home half way through ToT and it was all gone. So the third year it was gross out and I didn't want to sit out so I put a bowl of candy out and just stayed in. I heard some kids running up so I looked out the peephole and the little jerks took the whole lot! So yea. no. We had come past and noticed it was low, so we re-filled and in the time we went to about 5 other houses it got emptied. So I think the early bunch did well...</p> <p>There were a number of houses in our 'hood that left a bowl, some had some really cute signs. Or just do nothing?</p> <p>We Trick-Or-Treat with two other families, and last year, we hosted them both at our house. I'm sure this year one of them would like to get the chance to host so they can Trick-Or-Treat in their own neighborhood. Which means we won't be home. I guess I'll just leave out a big bowl of Candy and hope the neighborhood kids are good and don't take a million pieces each, leaving us to run out quickly. </p>
