I've never worked at a true restaurant, but as long as things were ran well I'd probably eat there as long as I wasn't burnt out on the food. When I worked at the chain pizza place, the management were horrible. Verbally abusive, sexist and did not provide a positive work atmosphere. For that alone I never went back to support their business, but it had nothing to do with the actual food. I have also worked at subway and I loved that job! The manager was incredible ( I still stop in there to say hi every once in awhile), and the food was actually pretty good! All of the vegetables are freshly chopped every day, we didn't reuse the ones from the day prior. The only thing I couldn't eat knowing where it came from was the steak. I just worked there for a few years and got tired of the food. It's also a lot of pre-made/packaged food and sauces at Chili's. (It has both a fast food side and a restaurant side.) Chick-fil-A is still my favorite fast food, so I would absolutely eat there again. One of my exes used to work at Taco Bell.
